Location of Geological Feature
Several fossilised stumps of carboniferous aged Lycopods (Lepidodendron) can be seen on the side of the road leading to The Glen Pavilion in Pittencrieff Park. The fossils can be found on your left hand side if you are facing the Pavilion, at the corner which leads round to the small car park.
