Location of Geological Feature
Remains of ornamental stone on the banks of lake. Sir Humphrey Repton landscaped the park but the lake was more likely to be commissioned by Edward Warner from 1849 onwards. Repton worked there before 1800. The story that the stones are from Old London Bridge is, sadly, an urban myth.
