Location of Geological Feature
Pavement and pedestrian crossing immediately outside Sloane Square Tube Station. A grey, streaky gneiss with a strong tectonic fabric. It is probably from the Val di Maggia. I am grateful to Micheal Heap of CED Stone for confirming the provenance of this stone.
